Was Kamala Harris a star prosecutor?

Kamala Harris graduated from San Francisco's Hastings College of Law, a mediocre school that is ranked 82nd out of the nation's 197 law schools (source), and had to retake her bar exam after failing it on her first attempt. She underperformed as a prosecutor in California's Alameda County and in San Francisco, and then lied about it. While running in 2003 to become San Francisco's district attorney, she claimed in a campaign brochure that in her thirteen years as a prosecutor, she has "tried hundreds of serious and violent felonies, including homicide, rape, and child sexual assault cases." But when pressed in a 2003 debate by a veteran defense lawyer running against her, she conceded, "I've tried about 50 cases" (source) in those thirteen years. Fifty cases in thirteen years is about one case every three months, which is a woefully weak record for a prosecutor. Kamala Harris also had trouble retaining her staff, who kept resigning after finding her difficult to work for.

Then what accounts for Kamala Harris' meteoric rise in California politics?

Instead of her performance in courtrooms, it was her performance in hotel rooms. In 1994, the then 29-year-old Kamala Harris met Willie Brown, the married 60-year-old California State Assembly Speaker who had united California's black vote to become the state's political kingmaker. Kamala Harris became the mistress of a man more than twice her age. In return, Willie Brown appointed her to high-profile, well-paid positions on California Insurance Commission, California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, California Medical Assistance Commission (source), brought her into the innermost circle of California's Democratic Party, and became her political patron.



In 2004, Kamala Harris became San Francisco's district attorney and oversaw the once picturesque city's decline into a cesspool of crime, drug addiction and homelessness. In 2011, she became the attorney general of California and oversaw the same decline, this time across the entire state, and then became its junior U.S. senator when Barbara Boxer retired in 2017.

Is Kamala Harris ready to run the United States?

Kamala Harris has never run a state, a city, a town, a company or even a convenience store. She was a dismal prosecutor, rose through California politics by leveraging adultery, and accomplished nothing in the U.S. Senate other than displaying that she is even more radical than Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.

Kamala Harris, who is named after a Hindu demon, is a radical socialist who slept her way up the political ladder, destroyed everything she touched on her way, clearly lacks the intellect for running anything, let alone a country, and with whom nobody wants to work. She embodies the unbridled reach and the frightening consequences of promoting DEI ("Diversity, Equity, Inclusion") instead of meritocracy, based on which she has no business being a presidential nominee and should now be polling in the low single digits at best. That she is polling even close to Donald Trump evinces the media's immense capacity to deceive and the appalling ignorance and idiocy of half of America's electorate.
