When asked what type of church she attends, Sarah Palin replied, "A non-denominational Bible church ..."

The church Sarah Palin referred to is the Wasilla Bible Church, which introduces itself online as:

"By God’s grace everything in the life of this church will revolve around the reality of Jesus Christ - who He is, what He has done, what He is doing, and what He will do. In the words of the early Church “He is Lord” and will be recognized as such in this church with an absolute allegiance that lifts Him above all others in our hearts, in our homes, and in our congregation. It is His commands that we will obey, His warnings that we will heed, and His promises that we will hold. In every endeavor we will rely upon His power, cherish His presence, and honor His name. We will, in sum, love Him."

Prior to her 2008 Vice Presidential nomination, Sarah Palin was asked whether she saw herself going to Washington or staying in Alaska. The then Governor Sarah Palin replied:

"You know, I don't know. I knew early on that the smartest thing for me to do was to work hard, do the best that I can, make wise decisions based on good information in front of me. And then put my life, get myself on a path that could be dedicated to God and ask Him what I should do next.
