Make Vaccine Makers Liable Again
07/15/21 - GodVoter.org calls for making vaccine makers liable again
After being sued by and losing money in the 1970s and the early 1980s to children who became disabled
by shoddy vaccines, the vaccine makers banded together and
blackmailed the U.S. government. They curtailed making vaccines and
told the lawmakers that unless they are granted immunity from lawsuits brought
by children who get injured by their vaccines, there will be no more vaccines.
The U.S. Congress and even President Reagan succumbed to their blackmail and in 1986 enacted the
National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA), which
made it impossible to sue the vaccine makers for death and injury caused by
their vaccines. Those injured by the vaccines were to be compensated by the
government - i.e., the U.S. taxpayers.
Instead of incentivizing the vaccine makers to make safe vaccines, this
unconscionable law incentivized them to make vaccines that cause side
effects, preferably permanent, so that the injured become lifelong customers of the drugs that the vaccine
makers - pharmaceutical companies - also sell. Until the NCVIA was enacted in
1986, only 6% of Americans suffered from chronic diseases. Today, 54% do.
U.S. Congress must immediately repeal or amend the NCVIA to make the vaccine
makers liable again. If they stop making vaccines, market forces will raise up
other companies and incentivize them to make vaccines that are both effective
and safe.
The voters in California must also repeal the 2015 California Senate Bill 277
(SB277), which disqualified personal belief as a reason to be exempt from the
government-mandated vaccination requirement for children to enter public
secondary schools, elementary schools, or even day care centers. This outrageous
law currently empowers government bureaucrats to override the children's parents
and decide for them with what their children will be injected.
The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), notoriously unreliable and
hard to use, also must also be overhauled to capture all cases of vaccine
injury and death. VAERS currently fails to capture 90% to 99% of the
vaccine-caused deaths and injuries (see
VAERS).
