Before withdrawing from the race, Presidential candidate Duncan Hunter shared his Christian Testimony and proved himself a Christian candidate willing to stand for his Christian faith. We knew little about this candidate until receiving his answers, which made us take another look. While we didn't agree with all of the answers from this Christian candidate, we were impressed with the majority and particularly impressed with his courage (see answer #9). Furthermore, Duncan Hunter is a candidate who walks his talk. His pro-life, anti-embryonic stem cell research, anti-pornography, anti-illegal immigration and pro-strong defense positions are backed by the bills he authored, the border fence he built, his service as an Army Ranger in Vietnam and his own son having served in Iraq and Afghanistan as a US Marine. Duncan Hunter has been married to one wife, re-elected twelve times, is a Christian candidate unafraid to testify about Christ, and his tenure as the Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee would have been instrumental to leading a nation fighting two wars. It is disappointing that this Christian candidate didn't fare better in the polls, especially among Christian conservatives and other values voters.
