Kamala Harris - Religion
What is
the religion of Vice President Kamala Harris?
Kamala Harris was born into the religion of Hinduism, which worships 330 million
idols, which the Bible equates with demons -
"What am I
saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything?
Rather, that the things which the gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons
and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons." (1
Corinthians 10:19-20) - as Gods and Goddesses.
Kamala Harris' mother Shyamala Gopalan, a Hindu and a member of the Brahmin
- the priestly - caste of India's Hinduism, named her,
"Kamala Devi Harris."
"Kamala" is the name of a
Hindu 'Goddess' - i.e., demon - and
"Devi" is the Sanskrit word that literally means "Goddess."
Why was Kamala Harris named after a Hindu Goddess/demon?
Shyamala told the Los Angeles Times in 2004,
"a
culture that worships Goddesses produces strong women."
Shyamala Gopalan separated from and then divorced Kamala Harris' Jamaican-born
father when Kamala was 5 and 7 years old, respectively, and then raised Kamala
and her younger sister Maya on her own.
Kamala Harris grew up
attending Hindu temples with her mother, who also took her
and her sister every two years to visit her family in India, where they were
immersed in the Hindu religion and culture. Kamala was particularly close to her maternal
grandfather, a Hindu Brahmin, whom she claims remained a strong influence in her life until
he died in 1998.
For a five year span from 7 to 12 years of age, Kamala Harris also accompanied a neighbor who cared for
her when her mother traveled for work, to the neighbor's 23rd
Avenue Church of God in Oakland, California.
When Kamala Harris was 12 years old, her family moved to Canada when her mother took a job there.
She graduated high school in Canada, then from Howard University
in Washington D.C., and then from University of California Hastings College of Law in San
Francisco.
There is no record or claim of Kamala Harris having attended another church or
joined a campus Christian group after 12 years of age until her career
turned political.
Does Kamala Harris attend church today?
On August 11, 2020, a CNN commentator reported that Amos
Brown, who pastors The Third Baptist Church of San Francisco, told him that
Kamala Harris goes to his church.
What kind of church is it
and what kind of member is Kamala Harris?
Brown told the commentator,
“It’s
shouting time! Dancing time! Working time. She’s the best of the Kingian and
Gandhian tradition - an activist, thinker and fighter.”
A church service is a time for praying to the God of the Bible, worshipping
Him, and
hearing His Gospel preached, not "
shouting
time! Dancing time! Working time." Moreover, the
"tradition" of Mahatma
Gandhi is Hinduism's worship of demons as idols and "Gods." A Christian, let alone a
true pastor, cannot praise someone for being a member of a demon worshipping
"tradition."
