Taxes: He wants to stimulate the manufacturing sector with a 0% corporate tax rate, simplify the personal tax code to two rates - 10% and 28% - and eliminate all deductions except home mortgage interest, healthcare, retirement savings, children and charitable giving. Foreign Policy Positions: Rick Santorum propose to neutralize the threat of nuclear-armed Iran with immediate military action.
