About Us
We fail to meet God's requirements (
Romans 3:23) and the God-mandated
penalty for that failure is death (
Romans 6:23). Jesus so loved us that He
voluntarily died on the cross to pay our death penalty. Those who
believe this go to heaven; those who don't believe it go
to hell to pay for their sins themselves (
John 3:16).
Jesus was fully God and fully man when He walked on the earth.
Since only He lived a sinless life and was therefore able to pay for others' sins,
there is salvation only through Jesus (
John 14:6).
We should do good works, not to be saved, but to honor Him who saved us.

GodVoter.org is a grassroots Christian initiative by and for
Christian voters to identify and support Christian candidates.
We are not associated or affiliated with any particular candidate, church or
denomination.
During presidential races, we invite candidates who profess faith in Christ to
share their Christian testimonies in response to
our questions. The
testimonies received are shared online, forwarded to over 42,000 church leaders
across America, and affect our endorsement decision.
During the
2008 race, three presidential
candidates committed to accepting our
invitation, and two followed through. We
endorsed the former House Armed Services Committee
Chairman, who
wrote to thank us
and whose trust in Christ was evident in
his
Christian testimony.
