Proof SARS-CoV-2 Was Engineered

"Is there proof that Covid was engineered?"

Here is irrefutable proof that the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19, has been artificially modified.

The RNA (ribonucleic acid) that carries the genetic code of the SARS-CoV-2 virus is comprised of 29,903 "bases" and includes a section that codes for making a stretch of 1,285 amino acids that then fold to become its spike protein:

Proof SARS-CoV-2 Was Engineered

As you can see above, occupying positions 681, 682, 683 and 684 of the spike protein is  P  R  R  A , which stands for the amino acid sequence PROLINE - ARGININE - ARGININE - ALANINE and is important for three reasons.

First, this  P  R  R  A  stretch does not exist, as you can see above, in the spike proteins of the five coronaviruses that are genetically the closest to SARS-CoV-2. Random mutations invariably change one amino acid into another, not cause a stretch of four amino acids to suddenly appear all at once.

Second, the  P  R  R  A  stretch immediately precedes another ARGININE, creating the sequence  P  R  R  A  R . ARGININE is always positive-charged, and ALANINE becomes positive-charged when it interfaces with a negative-charged entity, next to which the  R  R  A  R  become four consecutive positive-charged amino acids, which do not occur naturally; because like-charged (+ + or - -) elements repel each other, even three consecutive positive-charged amino acids are rare in nature.

Third, as highlighted in green above, these four consecutive positive-charged amino acids are at the spike protein's key cleavage site that when cleaved - i.e., cut - triggers the viral membrane to fuse with the membrane of the human lung cell, thereby infecting it. The host protein that makes this cut is called Furin, whose binding sites are densely negative-charged. The quadruple positive-charged  R  R  A  R  stretch of the spike protein acts like a magnet to latch onto the densely negative-charged binding site of Furin, which then makes the cut that enables infection. This is why SARS-CoV-2 is so contagious (the biochemistry is further explained here).

The sudden appearance of an unnaturally-occurring, quadruple positive-charged biological magnet at the exact spot where triggers the infection of human lung cells serves as microbiological fingerprint evidence that the genetic code of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has been artificially modified.
