Do you know that you people are completely insane, and people like you destroy America by voting for a candidate solely based on a few small issues like gay-marriage, and completely overlooking really important issues like foreign policy and the economy. And its really funny to me that Jesus was about helping the poor, socialist views; yet somehow all you people focus on is not letting gay people get married and not letting women have abortion. It is sad, and you people have destroyed the GOP as well the country. Thanks.

GodVoter.org Response: Thank you for your spirited email. Foreign policy is an important issue and discussed in thirteen of the sixteen candidate ratings. Economic policy is also an important issue but the lack of variance among the candidates within the two parties leaves little to compare. We do not advocate voting based solely on homosexual marriage and abortion, but they are very important issues that help assess the candidate's adherence to God's commands and therefore the likelihood of being used by God. Jesus was first and foremost about dying on the cross to pay for our sins and reconciling us to God, but did tell us to help the poor as you correctly pointed out.
