The important question isn't whether or not Rick Perry can talk about his religion or others' religions to friendly audiences. The question is, when under pressure, will Rick Perry stand by and rely on Jesus (see Jesus Resurrection Proof), who is the only one capable of delivering our nation from the present quagmire (see America in Decline), or will Rick Perry continue to rely on political strategists.

If our economic troubles were a 9-foot tall giant and conventional political strategies were body armor, is Rick Perry someone who will shed the body armor and charge Goliath armed with unwavering trust in God, or is he someone who will cower inside Saul's armor (explanation)?
