Dr. Jill Jacobs Biden, the wife of Vice President Joe Biden, was born Jill Jacobs to a banker father and a homemaker mother. Dr. Jill Biden is the eldest of four daughters.

Although she was born in New Jersey, Dr. Biden grew up in Pennsylvania, where she also attended school.
