In fairness to her, it should be noted that none of the economic plans proposed by the other 2012 Presidential candidates can solve the federal government's budget deficit or our burgeoning national debt because of this reason. On the foreign policy front, Michele Bachmann strongly supports Israel and does not rule out a pre-emptive military strike against Iran's nuclear program. Her foreign policy experience is limited but as a member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence, she does receive briefings from both the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA).
